The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Interactive Program for this video’s coverage of the Cassini mission’s Grand Finale at Saturn. The award was presented Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in Los Angeles by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

This animated video tells the story of Cassini’s final, daring assignment and looks back at what the mission has accomplished. Try not to cry with you reach the end!
