Stop by the softball fields at the Milford Proving Grounds, on the morning of November 11th, to view a rare event!  On this day, the planet Mercury will cross (or transit) the disc of the sun between 7:30 AM and 1 PM.  The GM Astronomy Club will have telescopes set up, with special solar filters, to view the event.
